Tamara Taylor, Vice President of Customer Success at BluHorn, brings over eleven years of web-based application development expertise and eight years of customer service and support experience to the team.
She has worked in numerous areas of web development throughout her career, including user-interface design, back-end application development, and mobile application design/development. In addition, she’s spent half of the last eight years in customer support management directly assisting customers; overseeing the customer support process, providing both one-on-one and group trainings; and installing both custom and standard software applications on Windows, iOS, and Android devices.
Tamara’s education includes a bachelor’s degree from the University of Florida (Gainesville) and a master’s degree in business administration from Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University (Tallahassee). She is a married mother of two teenage daughters who are readily immersed in theater and film. She enjoys biking, running, and tennis in her free time.
