To succeed in marketing, the creative process must be understood. Part of Pam’s role is to brief the rest of the team, such as designers and copywriters, so that they can develop material that communicates effectively with your customers. She will use her expertise to evaluate the quality and effectiveness of the creative work that is produced.

Project Management

In order to deliver results on time, careful project management is required. Pam can identify the different stages of a marketing campaign, establish a realistic schedule, and allocate a budget. When the campaign is underway, she will coordinate the work of different specialists to ensure the campaign meets your timelines and goals.

Teamwork

Pam understands that her client’s success depends on her ability to collaborate with the team members inside and outside of our marketing department. Pam works well with her teammates and she is also able to build effective working relationships with her clients.

About Me

My Experience

Pam’s career in media and marketing includes helping small businesses grow through her three years of radio sales experience with KAOI Radio on Maui and with WRLT Lightning 100 in Nashville, before moving into the local broadcast television industry with WSMV and WZTV as an Account Executive for nine years, and as a Local Sales Manager with WSMV for twelve years.

Her knowledge of the media industry, and the relationships she has forged in the marketplace ensure that her clients will get the best customer service and value for their marketing dollars!

My Interests

Pam brings both the stability of a 30+ year resident of Nashville and the versatility of one who has lived in many places. Pam was raised in a military family. She was born in Vicenza, Italy, and lived in Virginia, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Maryland and Brussels, Belgium, before moving to Florida when her dad retired. As an adult, Pam has lived in Houston, Seattle, Maui and Nashville, where she graduated from Belmont University.

Why all this moving around? Pam married a hotel guy: Juris. They have three sons all of whom live in Tennessee. So while she’s not technically a “Nashville Native,” she brings the resources of a native plus the diversity and versatility of a newcomer: the perfect combination to help her clients grow their businesses in this dynamic market!
