Vote For the Good Guys to Help Area Nonprofits

Mike Davidson Ford has partnered with Client Focused Media and HandsOn Jacksonville to give back to Duval-area nonprofits. The Give to the Good Guys campaign seeks local “Good Guys and Gals” who volunteer, work with or support an area nonprofit organization.

“The Good Guys are the people in our community leading the effort to make Jacksonville a more charitable city,” said Mike White, CEO of Client Focused Media. “We want to give back to those nonprofits and who better to partner with than Jacksonville’s original ‘Good Guys,’ Mike Davidson Ford.”

Nominations, which lasted through May, resulted in 25 Jacksonville Good Guys and Gals, including representatives of Susan G. Komen of North Florida and the YMCA of Florida’s First Coast.

“We believe there are many Good Guys and Gals working to make Jacksonville a better place. We’re happy to bring more awareness to these nonprofits by reaching out to help the individuals making a positive impact within our community” said Mike Davidson Ford’s General Manager, Rob Henry.

Visitors to have the opportunity to vote for their favorite Good Guy. The top three Good Guys or Gals with the highest votes will be awarded a combined total of $5,000 in cash and in-kind media services as well as will be featured in an issue of BUZZ Magazine. Voting is currently open through July 3rd.
